Our HR Graduate Programme offers you the chance to gain hands-on experience across key areas of human resources. Youll work alongside experienced HR professionals and get involved in everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, talent development and HR strategy. Alongside the continuous on-the-job learning, well fully support your professional development in giving you the opportunity to complete your CIPD Level 5 qualification.

1. Youll be offered a starting salary of £27,000 per annum, rising to £29,000 in your second year
