This is a vital role where you will act as the lead figure in the classroom for pupils aged 11:16. You dont need to be a subject expert: your primary mission is to ensure that students feel safe, encouraged, and engaged with their pre-set work while the regular teacher is absent.

Requirements
* Education: Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grades 9:4 / A*:C) including English and Maths.
* Experience: Previous experience working with children or young people is highly desirable.
* Compliance: Enhanced DBS check required (Randstad can assist with your application).
* Qualities: Honesty, adaptability, and the ability to make learning fun and engaging.
