The company is looking to bring on a senior resourcer full time to solely focus on finding teachers and support staff for long‑term and permanent jobs. They pay good salaries and offer incentives such as commission for placements. There is also a pathway to develop your career as head of resourcing within the company.
What is the company looking for?
This forward‑thinking recruiter is looking for a resource who can build natural relationships with candidates as well as have the work ethic and ability to continue to find top talent for their clients. Ideally you’ll have a background in education recruitment with a track record as a consultant or resourcer. However, if you don’t have sector knowledge but do have experience as a candidate manager or resourcer then you may be considered as well.
