My client, based near Watford, specialise in the design and production of metal bellows for a number of industries including Aerospace, Medical, Vacuum Engineering. This role will see the successful candidate support the current Production Manager during the initial 6-18 months on the early shift (7:00am-3:00pm), before transitioning to lead the evening shift (3:00pm-11:00pm). Production Supervisor Job Overview Initial Phase - Day Shift (7:00am-3:00pm) Support daily production activities alongside the current leadership team. Supervise and guide production staff to meet quality, safety, and output targets. Contribute to team hiring, onboarding, and training. Assist in identifying and implementing Lean process improvements. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to maintain high standards.
