Job Title: Chef De Partie
Salary: £27,000 per annum plus overtime and service charge
Hours: 40 per week
Carden Park are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. This is an exclusive opportunity to work with award winning chefs, situated within our beautiful 1000 acre estate.
Our ideal candidate will have experience of working within a fast paced kitchen producing the highest quality of dishes whilst adhering to the exceptional of standards. We are looking for someone who has proven experience within a similar role who can make an impaction on their station through their creative flare and passion for food.
Your day with Carden Park
* To be accountable and responsible for your dedicated station
* Supporting with new menu ideas and changes.
* Assisting with stock control, adhering to health and safety and food hygiene practices.
* Have the ability to motivate yourself and others around you.
* Team player.
Enjoy a 40-hour contractwith a salary of£27,000.Shifts will be on rotation with some mornings, evenings and weekends.
