Responsible Person / Manager Location: Cheshire (Fully Site-Based) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent We are seeking an experienced Responsible Person (RP) to join a busy team and oversee Good Distribution Practice (GDP) compliance across three nearby pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities in Cheshire. This is a critical leadership role ensuring the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance within our operations. Key Responsibilities * Act as the Responsible Person for GDP across all three sites, ensuring full compliance with MHRA guidelines. * Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for distribution activities. * Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely resolution of any compliance issues. * Provide leadership and line management for one direct report, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. * Collaborate with site teams to ensure robust processes for storage, handling, and transportation of medicinal products. * Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain GDP standards.
