Private Client Solicitor North East Hampshire / Surrey Borders An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced solicitor to join a highly regarded Private Client and Inheritance team. * Handle a diverse caseload involving wills, estate administration, probate, trusts, and inheritance tax planning.
* Offer tailored advice on complex wealth protection and tax-efficient succession planning.
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments (e.g., property and family) to deliver integrated legal solutions.
* Support and supervise junior team members, promoting development and quality of service.
* Maintain strong client relationships through clear, empathetic communication and a personable approach.
* Get involved in business development through networking and supporting marketing initiatives.
About You:We're seeking a proactive, client-focused legal professional who offers:
* Between 2 and 8 years' post-qualification experience in Private Client, Inheritance or Wealth Planning work.
* Solid technical knowledge in areas such as trusts, probate, wills, and inheritance tax.
* A sensitive and professional approach to client care, particularly in emotionally charged circumstances.
* Strong time management and the ability to handle a busy and varied workload.
* STEP membership or an interest in pursuing the qualification (preferred but not essential).
