What we are looking for...
Nock Deighton is seeking a confident and reliable individual to oversee a newbuild development show home. This is a standalone position where the successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing enquiries, and booking in valuations.
As the Show Home Assistant, you will ensure the property is presented to a high standard, provide professional customer service to all visitors, and act as the main onsite representative during opening hours. This position is initially temporary but may lead to further opportunities for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
 * Opening and closing the show home each day.
 * Greeting visitors and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.
 * Managing visitor registration and booking in valuations.
 * Providing general information about the development and local area.
 * Ensuring the show home always remains well-presented.
 * Liaising with the Nock Deighton sales team to pass on visitor details and updates.
About You
 * Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
 * Excellent communication and organisational skills.
 * Professional, personable, and well-presented.
 * Previous experience in customer-facing or property-related roles is advantageous but not essential.
 * Must be available Friday to Monday, 10:30am–4:30pm.
Wage dependant on experience.
