Overview
Kenvue is currently recruiting for the EMEA-LATAM Communications, Senior Manager role. This role reports to the Head of Corporate Affairs, EMEA and is based in Europe/Middle East/Africa, Czechia, Prague with a Hybrid work location.
What You Will Do
This role reports to the VP Corporate Affairs EMEA-LATAM and is responsible for both internal communications across EMEA-LATAM and supporting communications for senior leaders, including the Group President EMEA-LATAM. The role is critical for enhancing employee experience and business awareness through effective communication strategies, fostering collaboration, and enabling our teams to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be business-focused, proactive and agile with a passion for driving engaging and impactful, innovative communication initiatives.
* Develop and implement comprehensive internal communications plans for EMEA-LATAM that ensure employees are informed, engaged, and equipped to execute business strategy.
* Lead change communications for critical EMEA-LATAM business initiatives and transformations.
* Plan and manage creative, impactful communications across written, digital, and live formats.
* Support internal communications for the Group President EMEA-LATAM as well as preparing LinkedIn content.
* Provide communications guidance to senior leaders across EMEA-LATAM in support of business critical priorities.
* Lead or co-lead EMEA-LATAM leadership events including the annual EMEA-LATAM Commercial Leaders Conference.
* Lead key regional employee events including regional townhalls.
* Be an active member of the Global Employee Engagement Center of Excellence to shape global content and initiatives for the region.
* Generate and leverage key insights from audience research to continuously refine and improve internal communications.
* Track KPIs to monitor performance.
Position Requirements

* Strategic thinker with a strong bias to action - able to envision solutions, develop sound strategies, and activate tactical plans and related processes.
* Strong project management, planning and organizational skills, delivering multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Proven success in supporting senior leader communications internally and externally.
* Track record of influence, great instinct and decision making.
* Natural collaborator who excels in relationship building, stakeholder management and teamwork. Ability to work with cross-functional, geographically, and culturally diverse teams.
* Solid understanding of internal communications ecosystems and track record creating successful integrated employee comms programmes.
* Expert storyteller and clear communicator (proficiency in English).
* Exceptional communication (oral and written), interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills are required.
