We are looking for an experienced Hotel Reception Manager to lead the reception team as this lovely 4 star hotel in Windsor. As Reception Manager you will manage the day to day of the front desk team and will report into the Deputy General Manager.

The Place
A 4-star riverside hotel in Windsor comprised of several characterful buildings clustered around a historic cobbled street by Eton Bridge. They have a fabulous collection of individually styled bedrooms, a modern conference centre and leisure Club with a gym, outdoor jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel has a riverside restaurant and lounge bar and is the perfect setting for both corporate and leisure guests.
The Person
The ideal Hotel Reception Manager will have the following:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Senior Receptionist or Reception Manager in a quality hotel of a similar size or at Head Receptionist in a smaller property.
* Self-motivation and be able to motivate others to achieve through proven man-management skills, coaching and team building.
* Strong organisational skills and be able to implement, work with and monitor systems and procedures ensuring attention to detail at all times.
* Good understanding of all applicable health and safety legislation.
* Be IT literate - Microsoft Office, Opera PMS preferred.
* An excellent command of written & spoken English and numeracy. xsngvjr
