About the Role
This role sits at the heart of a major global HR transformation programme. You’ll work closely with HR, Technology, and market teams to shape processes, define requirements, and support the rollout of new HR capabilities, including the implementation of a new Learning platform. It’s a great fit for someone who combines strong analytical discipline with hands‑on HR transformation experience and the confidence to lead their own workstream.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end‑to‑end process and requirements definition for a defined HR workstream, ensuring clarity, alignment, and traceability.
* Partner with HR subject‑matter experts to capture, challenge, and refine business needs.
* Produce high‑quality process maps, user stories, functional requirements, and supporting documentation.
* Support the implementation of a new Learning platform, ensuring processes, data, and user journeys are well‑designed and globally scalable.
* Work with global and local market teams to balance standardisation with localisation needs, managing tensions constructively and ensuring decisions are well‑governed.
* Contribute to testing cycles, change impact assessments, and readiness activities across multiple markets.
* Collaborate with programme leadership to ensure risks, issues, and dependencies are clearly understood and managed.
About You
* 3 - 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within HR or people‑focused transformation programmes.
* Direct experience working on at least one major HR transformation, with exposure to global design and rollout.
* Experience supporting or leading the implementation of a Learning platform (LMS/LXP) is strongly preferred.
* Skilled in requirements capture, process mapping, and translating complex needs into clear, actionable documentation.
* Comfortable leading your own area of scope while working collaboratively within a wider programme team.
* Strong stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to navigate global vs. local priorities and influence decisions constructively.
* Confident working in fast‑paced, matrixed environments with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
