Purpose of the role
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to join our HR Support Services team at our Head Office in Solihull (B37 7YB). The role involves delivering our training strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting employee growth across the organization, with UK travel required.
Main Responsibilities
* Identify and prioritize training needs in collaboration with business leaders.
* Coordinate daily training requests and maintain accurate training records.
* Support the implementation of L&D strategies, including designing and delivering leadership and management programs.
* Evaluate training effectiveness for ROI and ROE assessments.
* Manage relationships with training providers, including contract negotiations.
* Support apprenticeship and graduate programs, including recruitment, onboarding, audits, and budget reviews.
* Maintain training matrices and ensure alignment with the Learning Management System.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of L&D processes, systems, and policies.
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification in Learning and Development.
* Proven experience in a consultative or specialist L&D role.
* Strong understanding of the full learning cycle and talent development strategies.
* Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.
* Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of apprenticeship schemes, funding, and industry standards is desirable.
* Experience in the construction or industrial sector is a plus but not essential.
Package
* Salary between £33,000 and £37,000 plus a company car or allowance.
