KS1 Teacher
* Daily Rate: £130+
* Location: Crawley
* Job Type: Flexible (Part-time to Full-time)
We are seeking enthusiastic KS1 Teachers to join various local schools in the Crawley area. This flexible role offers the opportunity to work between 1 to 5 days per week, depending on your availability, making it ideal for those looking to 'top up' their current teaching schedule or engage in full-time work. There is also the potential to secure long-term supply positions, which are paid to scale.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Deliver engaging and educational lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs and abilities of the students.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning.
* Assess and record students’ progress, preparing them for examinations and providing feedback.
* Collaborate with other teaching staff and contribute to the school community.
* Utilise a variety of teaching resources and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience in primary education.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching style based on the needs of the students.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for teaching and commitment to educating children.
