Senior Recruitment Consultant | Architecture | London / Home Counties
Location: Remote, with regular travel into London and Kent
Type: Full time
About TwentyOne Twelve
We're a creative industry recruitment consultancy based in London, working across the full design landscape. That includes brand and design studios, architecture practices, interiors teams, digital and strategy consultancies, and in-house creative functions. We place people in client services, project management, operations, creative, and strategic roles.
Our approach is simple. We build real relationships, offer honest advice, and help people find work that genuinely fits. No corporate speak. No fluff. Just good conversations and thoughtful introductions that make a difference.
We're growing, and we're looking for someone who wants to help us build what comes next.
The Opportunity
We have a brilliant team build project ready to go in the architecture space. This will definitely keep someone busy for around six months, at least. What we need is the right person to run with it.
This is a role for an experienced recruitment consultant who knows the architecture market well. Someone with established relationships, a strong track record, and a genuine passion for the sector.
You will come in with a live brief and a clear opportunity. From there, you will help us develop and build an architecture division around you. That means growing a team, shaping the strategy, and creating something with real ownership.
If you have ever thought about starting your own thing but did not know where to begin, or did not want to deal with all the back office headaches, this could be the answer. The infrastructure is here. The support is here. You just need to bring the expertise and the ambition.
What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience in architecture recruitment, with an established network in the sector
* Ambitious, driven, and ready to build something meaningful
* Well spoken, thoughtful, and comfortable representing the business at a senior level
* Based in London or the Home Counties
* Able to travel into London regularly for meetings and into Kent to meet a key client
* Someone who wants ownership, not just a job
What You Will Get
* A live project to hit the ground running
* The chance to build and lead your own team
* Full back office support so you can focus on what you do best
* A collaborative, supportive environment with room to grow
* Real ownership of an architecture division as it develops
