What’s expected of you?
As Finance Manager, you’ll take ownership of the finance function and report directly to the Group Finance Director. This role is ideal for someone who may feel they’ve hit a ceiling in their current role and is now ready for that next step – a chance to make a real impact and put your stamp on the finance team with progression to FC level.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Oversee all day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable & receivable
* Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
* Produce accurate financial reports and analysis to support decision-making.
* Monitor cash flow, working capital, and budgets to ensure business stability.
What would make you a great fit?
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or qualified by experience).
* Strong technical skills with a commercial mindset.
* Confident working with Excel
* Experience with Xero or Sage would be a bonus.
