The Role
As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role from project inception, responsible for producing accurate, competitive tenders and supporting the business in winning work.
You’ll be:
* Preparing and reviewing detailed cost estimates
* Managing tender processes from enquiry through to submission
* Working closely with pre-construction, design, and delivery teams
* Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain
* Contributing to continuous improvement of pricing strategies
* You’ll be joining a collaborative team of four, offering a supportive and high-performing environment.

About You
* Proven experience as an Estimator within construction
* Must have worked for a Main Contractor
* Strong understanding of tendering and procurement processes
* Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
