As a key member of their finance transformation practice, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering high-impact Technology led OTC projects for their clients.£150,000 + Bonus Responsibilities:to Cash Transformation: Lead and oversee end-to-end Order to Cash transformation initiatives for clients, ensuring the alignment of processes with industry best practices and client objectives.Advisory: Provide strategic guidance to clients on optimizing Order to Cash processes, leveraging industry knowledge and best-in-class methodologies.Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive finance transformation.Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Delivery: Manage the successful delivery of finance transformation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to ensure the successful outcome of client engagements.Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in finance transformation, contributing to the development of thought leadership materials and client insights.Requirements:Qualified Accountant or equivalentof 10 years of experience in finance transformation, with a focus on Order to Cash processes.experience in OTC Trends and Technologiestrack record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale finance transformation projects within a consulting environment.knowledge of Order to Cash processes, including credit management, invoicing, collections, and cash application.understanding of finance systems, ERP solutions, and emerging technologies in the finance space.communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships at various organisational levels.leadership experience, including managing and mentoring teams.
