Overview:
We are seeking Care Workers to join our team in providing exceptional care to elderly residents in our Residential and Dementia Care Home. The role involves delivering direct care/support to our residents and enhancing their daily lives.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting people with aspect s of a daily living
* Working as Team
* Listening and working with Senior Carers to ensure all care task are completed in a timely and safe manner
* Take part in group and individual learning and development opportunities
* Create opportunities for spontaneous interactions and leisure time.
