About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Service Manager, this role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and brings experience from a dealership or busy independent workshop. You’ll be the connection between customers, suppliers, and the workshop team, ensuring smooth communication and efficient coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Communicating repair needs between customers and the workshop
2. Coordinating daily workflow and supporting overall team productivity
3. Managing bookings, job cards, parts orders, and supplier coordination
4. Processing invoices, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records
5. Providing outstanding service across phone, email, and in-person interactions
6. Promoting team collaboration while upholding professionalism and presentation
