Teaching Assistant (Primary School, SEN Support) – BS13
Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 3:30pm
£90 per day (Higher rate for qualified and experienced candidates)
Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our friendly primary school team in BS13. You will work 1:1 with children with SEN, providing tailored support to help them thrive in their learning environment.
Key Details:
* Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
* £90 per day, with a higher rate available for those with relevant qualifications and experience
* Start date: September (work available before then)
* Location: Primary school in BS13
Responsibilities:
* Delivering 1:1 support for children with SEN
* Assisting with classroom activities and individual learning plans
* Supporting children’s social and emotional development
* Working closely with teachers and SEN coordinators
Requirements:
* Experience working with children with SEN preferred but not essential
* Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
