Led by two Founding Partners who have deep relationships with our clients and who have built a successful innovation consultancy in the past, we are a tight-knit team of highly motivated consultants with backgrounds in strategy, innovation and venture building in big consulting firms, boutiques, and start-ups.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Strategy & Innovation Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our team and work on some of the most pressing and exciting challenges of our time—across consumer tech, health tech, mobility, net zero and more. You’ll collaborate directly with our Founding Partners and with senior stakeholders from global clients including Philips, Ford, and McLaren.
This is an ideal role if you have 3-6 years of consulting experience and are looking for more autonomy, purpose, and influence—without the constraints of a large firm. You’ll help shape intandem as we grow, while enjoying the benefits of a supportive, high-performing team. We offer a competitive salary, profit share scheme and frequent promotion opportunities.
The Work We Do
We work with clients in in a range of industries (incl. healthcare, mobility, defence, and energy) to define their next phase of growth. We believe corporates are best positioned to drive the next wave of innovation, and work with them in the fight against disruptive start-ups and to get ahead of their established competition.
We challenge the belief that corporate innovation can only succeed in partnership with start-ups or insulated in incubators, labs, or accelerators. With 90% of these having failed to date, the chances of them delivering commercial success have proven to be too low. We work on executive level priorities with passionate teams to drive real innovation and shape the next phase of their growth.

About the Team, and Your Role in It
We are a close-knit team of bright, driven individuals with backgrounds in strategy, innovation and venture building, many of whom started their careers in large consulting firms. We all have a hand in shaping and building the business, with diverse clients, projects and growth opportunities on offer.
To help us continue to grow, we are looking for ambitious Consultants with a background in strategy consulting (Big 4 or MBB) and with strong consulting toolkits, who are motivated to define and build new businesses and excited by the opportunity to help shape a challenger consultancy.
You will have 3-6 years’ experience in consulting and will be looking for a role which frees you from the constraints of bigger firms, with the opportunity to shape and deliver engaging, empowering work.
Specifically, you will;
* Develop growth strategies, new propositions, business models and go-to-market approaches
* Lead structured problem solving across uncharted or ambiguous markets
* Deliver clear, compelling storytelling and synthesis to guide client decisions
* Build trusted relationships with clients, and lead engaging, thoughtful interactions
* Work across a range of topics—from defining the future of mobility, to net zero innovation, space strategy, AI commercialisation and healthcare transformation
* Contribute to shaping intandem itself—as a cultural co-founder, not just a team member
This role will be based in London, with the opportunity to work from home for up to two days a week. We occasionally travel to see our clients across the UK, Europe, and US.
What We’re Looking For

* Excellent communication, storytelling and client engagement skills
* A collaborative, low-ego mindset with the desire to co-create solutions with others
