Laine is always on the lookout for bold operators and culture-creators ready to take the reins of a late-night pub that does things differently.
As a Management Partner within our Curate & Late cohort, you wont be running a cookie-cutter venue - youll be shaping a one-off cultural space driven by identity, intent, and hyper-local energy. Think secret club nights, genre-defining DJs, and back-room moments people talk about long after last orders.
This is a partnership, not a job. Youll co-own the vision, steer the commercial performance, and programme nights that put your venue firmly on Londons night-time map.
What Youll Be Doing
Running a multifaceted late-night pub as if it were your own (because it kind of is)
Curating culturally relevant programming that gives people a reason to return
Building a confident, expressive team that thrives after dark
Driving sales through standout experiences, not copy-paste promos
Championing inclusion, creativity, and community in everything you do

An experienced venue leader with a deep understanding of Londons night-time economy
Someone who lives and breathes culture music, scenes, subcultures, and moments
A natural host who knows how to make people feel part of something
