Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Holder to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting the daily operations of our retail store and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for retail management. As a Key Holder, you will assist in supervising staff, managing sales, and maintaining high merchandising standards.
Duties
* Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management.
* Assist in training, mentoring, and supervising team members to enhance performance.
* Ensure excellent customer service by leading by example and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
* Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment to maintain optimal product availability.
* Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
* Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving store targets through strategic planning.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment for both customers and staff.
* Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining records.
* Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Requirements
* Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is essential.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
* Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Experience in merchandising and visual display techniques to enhance product appeal.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail for administrative tasks.
* Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer queries professionally.
