We're seeking SEN Teachers who are committed to delivering personalised, one-to-one education to students with a variety of additional needs. What the Role Involves: Creating a Safe Learning Environment: Build trust and consistency to help students feel secure and ready to engage. Designing Individual Learning Plans: Adapt your teaching to meet each student's academic and emotional needs. Collaborating with Families: Work closely with parents and carers to ensure a joined-up approach to support. Encouraging Growth and Confidence: Deliver lessons that build resilience, self-esteem, and academic achievement. Leading by Example: Model positive behaviours and values that promote lifelong learning and personal development. What We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (PGCE) At least two years of teaching experience Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum) Experience across Key Stages 1 to 4 Excellent English skills and a background in SEN education Enhanced DBS on the Update Service Legal right to work in the UK A solid understanding of safeguarding responsibilities Why Work with us?
