Regulatory Affairs (RA) Manager

📍 Norwich, UK (Onsite/Hybrid preferred, remote considered for exceptional candidates)

💷 Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 (depending on experience)


Integral Pharma Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in a scaling pharmaceutical consulting company, working directly with clients and Health Authorities across Europe and the UK.


You’ll take ownership of regulatory strategy and lifecycle management activities, helping clients navigate complex regulatory pathways while shaping how regulatory services are delivered within a growing consultancy.


About the Role

As an RA Manager, you will lead regulatory activities across a portfolio of products, with an initial focus on authorised orphan medicines in the EU and UK. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and regulators, contributing both strategically and operationally.


Responsibilities may include:

* Leading lifecycle management for authorised medicinal products in the EU and UK
* Supporting and managing new marketing authorisation applications (MAAs)
* Acting as a key point of contact for Health Authority interactions
* Developing and executing regulatory strategies for client programmes
* Preparing and reviewing regulatory submissions and documentation
* Supporting responses to regulatory queries and procedures
* Contributing to internal systems and process development as the company scales


Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline
* Significant experience (5+ years) in Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry or consultancy
* Proven experience managing EU and UK regulatory procedures
* Direct experience interacting with Health Authorities, particularly the
* European Medicines Agency (EMA)
* Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA)
* Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and lifecycle management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-growing environment


What We Offer

* Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 (depending on experience)
* Office location: Norwich, UK (onsite/hybrid working preferred; remote considered for exceptional candidates)
