We have a Maintenance Operative - Fabric role to join our team, primarily based out of our Berinsfield Health Centre , Wallingford with travel across multiple sites (covering routes between Oxfordshire and Berkshire) Starting salary from £30,000 per annum On call allowance Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm Full-time, permanent Company van and tools provided Travel required between sites NVQ level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery is essential. Key Responsibilities This role is responsible for delivering general fabric maintenance services across NHS Property Services sites, ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant, and well maintained for patients, staff, and visitors.
