Driver / Store Operative

Position: Driver / Store Operative
Location: Lympne, Kent - Driving required due to location
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (or as required)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £14.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Collect materials, parts, and equipment from suppliers and deliver safely to site or stores.
Load and unload the company van efficiently, ensuring items are secure and match delivery notes.
Receive, check, and store stock accurately in the stores system.
Assist with stock control, preparation of materials for site staff, and general stores duties.
Operate forklifts, pallet trucks, and other equipment safely to move materials around the site.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe van and stores area.
Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For:
Full, clean UK driving licence and experience driving vans.
Organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Previous stores or warehouse experience is a plus, but not essential.
