* Position: Part-time Receptionist Administrator
* Salary: £26,000 – £27,000 pro rata
* Hours: Flexible within Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys being a key part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
* Front-Line Communication – Handle calls and emails professionally, ensuring enquiries are managed promptly.
* Client Booking – Schedule quote visits, confirm appointments, and keep calendars up to date.
* Customer Invoicing – Prepare, send, and follow up on invoices accurately and efficiently.
* Client Outreach – Contact potential clients to support business growth and maintain strong relationships.
* Administrative Support – Provide general admin duties to keep office operations running smoothly.
* Operational Assistance – Support the operations team with scheduling, customer management, and daily coordination.
* Risk Assessment & Compliance – Assist with preparation and upkeep of risk assessments to meet legal standards.
* Health & Safety Coordination – Help ensure policies are up to date and communicated effectively.
* Staff Management Support – Assist with staff scheduling, performance tracking, and operational reporting.
Ideal Candidate
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident using email, scheduling systems, and office software
* Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
* Knowledge of health & safety and risk assessments (desirable but not essential)
* A proactive team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude
