Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a subject matter expert on network and security solutions across enterprise clients
* Engage directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions
* Design, implement, and support both LAN/WAN and wireless networks using Cisco and Fortinet technologies
* Develop clear and structured documentation for network design, testing, and deployment
* Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and implement best practices for optimisation
* Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team mentoring
What we’re looking for:
* Cisco CCNP or equivalent hands-on experience
* Fortinet FCX or FCP qualifications (or equivalent experience)
* Strong knowledge of MPLS, SD-WAN, SASE, WLAN, and cloud-based security frameworks
* Experience in data centre environments including Cisco ACI
* Solid scripting knowledge (Python, Ansible) is desirable
* Familiarity with public cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus
* Excellent documentation skills using Excel, Visio, and Word
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
