We are expanding rapidly and seeking an experienced Technical Sales Representative to support our existing Lima Forensic Case Management software team in delivering innovative solutions to government agencies and corporate clients.

The Position
During a period of growth at Forensic Access Group, we are hiring a Software Sales Representative to drive growth for LIMA Forensic Case Management Software, targeting legal, corporate, and public sector clients, ensuring client satisfaction. The role offers a competitive salary, attractive commissions, and the opportunity to shape the future of case management software solutions in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Support:
* Identify, qualify, and secure new clients across target sectors, including legal, corporate, and law enforcement. Prepare client proposals, respond to queries, and follow up on opportunities.
* Engage with clients to understand their requirements, deliver user training (remote and on-site), and conduct product demonstrations.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust, encourage repeat business, and gather feedback for product improvement.
* Manage documentation related to client interactions, training materials, and support processes.
Technical Support & Implementation:
* Provide first-line technical support via support portal, Microsoft Teams, or onsite visits, escalating issues when necessary.
* Assist with software installations and implementations remotely or in person.
* Respond promptly to client queries and support tickets.
Collaboration:
* Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the Product Owner, Software Development, and IT teams to support product development.
* Stay informed about industry developments, competitors, and emerging technologies.
* Support tender and bid writing as needed.
What We’re Looking For
* 2-3 years’ experience in technical support or technical sales, preferably in software or technology.
* Familiarity with case management software is a strong advantage.
* Strong consultative selling skills to understand complex client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
* Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; quick learner of new software.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to multitask.
* Highly organized, self-motivated, capable of working remotely or onsite.
* Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
* Experience in the forensic or law enforcement sector is desirable.
