The Role
The PR Executive will play a key role in supporting BizClik’s communications strategy and global brand visibility. You’ll be responsible for writing press releases, pitching to journalists, managing media outreach, and raising awareness of our magazines, events, and commercial campaigns.
This is a hands-on role offering real responsibility and visibility from day one. You’ll also support award submissions, attend industry events and award ceremonies, and help drive BizClik’s reputation worldwide through strategic PR and communications.
It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys writing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings proactive, creative ideas to the table. You’ll be part of a supportive marketing team, but expected to bring individual innovation and contribute to shaping how BizClik communicates across channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft compelling press releases, journalist briefs, and media pitches
* Support media outreach for BizClik’s magazines, events, and commercial content
* Coordinate PR efforts across campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing goals
* Maintain and grow relationships with media contacts, journalists, and partners
* Monitor media coverage and track PR performance
* Contribute to communication plans to support product launches, webinars, reports, and event PR
* Collaborate with internal marketing, editorial, and design teams to source stories and assets
* Identify new PR opportunities and present ideas to help elevate BizClik’s visibility
* Ensure all communications align with brand tone, messaging, and strategic objectives
Requirements
* Proven experience in PR, journalism, communications, or marketing (in-house or agency)
* Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Highly organised with excellent time management
* Confident working both independently and as part of a team
* A proactive mindset with a willingness to suggest and test new ideas
* Understanding of how PR fits into the broader marketing strategy
Desirable
* Familiarity with B2B media, publishing, or events
* Existing media/journalist contacts or outreach experience
* Experience using media monitoring tools or databases (e.g., Muckrack, Cision, Roxhill, Vuelio, Prowly, Meltwater)
