Our client is a luxury hot tub distributor that has seen incredible growth over recent years. To continue this momentum they are looking for an accomplished Business Development Manager (BDM) to increase and sustain the company’s sales pipeline. \n\nWhat’s in it for you/ benefits:\n•\t£35,000 per annum starting salary\n•\tLucrative commission structure £55k -£65k OTE \n•\tCar Allowance or Company Car\n•\tCompany Pension\n•\tAnnual Leave \n•\tMobile & Laptop \n•\tStaff Discount \n\nRole overview:\nReporting to the Directors, as Business Development Manager (BDM) your primary purpose is to generate B2B sales.
This requires the ability to seek out and build sustainable relations with major retailers and wholesalers such as Argos, Costco, B&Q etc. \nExpanding the current market reach and managing new accounts will be the focus of your activities. As you will not have any staff to manage this role will suit a proven sales person, who is confident working alone.\n\nKey responsibilities:\n•\tExcellent B2B Sales\n•\tKey Account Management \n•\tCold calling, lead generation, arrange meetings and presentations\n•\tStrategic planning to facilitate increased pipeline, sustained growth and client base\n•\tComfortable travelling the UK to customers, prospects, exhibitions and trade shows\n•\tLearn, and then train network on the product’s USPs & features to maximise sales\n\nSkills and experience: \n•\tPrevious B2B sales experience is essential\n•\tPrevious experience with major retailers such as Tesco, Argos, Costco is essential \n•\tExperience attending exhibitions, fairs, trade shows and Network events \n•\tAbility to follow GDPR and FCA legislation, whilst maintaining the company’s CRM\n•\tMust have Full UK Drivers Licence \n\nHow to Apply\nPlease click apply or send your CV to (url removed).
