About Us

Hartewell Homecare is a passionate and dedicated provider of high-quality home care services. We are looking for an experienced and committed Field Care Supervisor to join our team in a dual role—supporting both office-based coordination and field-based care supervision.

What We Offer:

* £16,000 annual salary for 24 contracted hours (Mon, Wed, Fri)
* Additional hourly pay for:
* 2 evening shifts per week
* Every other weekend
* Participation in on-call rota with additional pay
* Mileage and travel expenses paid

* 20 Days annual leave pro rata plus 8 bank holidays.
* An extra day for your birthday if it falls on a week day

Working Hours:

* Contracted: 24 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
* Additional: 2 evenings per week + alternate weekends (paid hourly)
* On-call: Paid rota participation required

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out spot checks, service user reviews, and care assessments
* Support the creation and review of person-centred care plans
* Monitor care quality and compliance with CQC and company standards
* Mentor and supervise care staff, offering ongoing guidance and support
* Assist with rota coordination and day-to-day care scheduling
* Respond to client needs and ensure care is delivered safely and effectively
* Support service audits and gather client feedback
* Participate in the on-call rota, providing support out of hours

Requirements:

* Experience in domiciliary or community care
* Previous supervisory experience preferred but not essential.
* Knowledge of CQC regulations and quality monitoring
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Flexible with availability for evenings, weekends, and on-call duties
* Full UK driving licence and own transport (essential)
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £16,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 – 37 per week
