The Role:
As Document Controller, you will be responsible for the management, control, and distribution of project documentation, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and issued in line with company and project procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining the document management system
- Controlling the issue and revision of drawings and technical documentation
- Ensuring documentation is compliant with project and quality procedures
- Liaising with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors
- Supporting audits and maintaining clear document trails
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Document Controller within construction or engineering
- Familiarity with document management systems
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced project environment
