Talent Branding & Acquisition Coordinator - Maternity Cover 12 months - Salary from £34k, negotiable DOE
Mission: Execute
the Talent Branding & Acquisition role in their hotel/s, according to the
competencies of their position and following the company's policies, processes
and tools while always focusing on guaranteeing a good experience for
associates and candidates. This position will be looking after 6 properties around the UK, 3 in the London and Manchester, Newcastle and Liverpool.
What will you be doing?
Ø
Support the collection of training needs based on the
allocated annual budget.
Ø
Ensure access and training of the E-melia platform of
hotel groups
Ø
Participation in the Onboarding process with the
delivery, explanation and registration of documentation according to existing
legislation and procedure.
Ø
Organise training on the job/legislative in hotels, based
on the detection of needs.
Ø
Support in the organisation of pre-opening and
re-branding training, following the guidelines provided.
Coordinate the
implementation of service culture trainings in hotels.
Ø
Carry out the entry of training data into DIGITAL SPACE
to ensure that all training carried out in hotels is recorded.
Ø
Support the Manager in identifying internal talent based
on defined guidelines, tools and campaigns.
Ø Identify
the internship opportunities that their hotels can offer.
Ø Ensure,
together with the HoDs, the correct experience of the trainees and their
follow-up and final evaluation.
Ø Once
the vacancy cover is received, publish it (internally and externally) in the
corresponding recruitment sources according to need. Screen candidates in
accordance with HR-HS policies and procedures.
Ø Schedule interviews and arrange Right to work check for potential candidates.
