This is a truly global role, offering the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across our offices worldwide. The Product Team consists of product management specialists and product Business Analysts, collaborating on a wide range of initiatives and existing products. For software-related changes, Business Analysts are fully integrated into scrum teams, ensuring agile delivery and alignment with technology objectives. For process improvements, the team works directly with relevant stakeholders, primarily within our Operational teams, to drive efficiency and effectiveness. The Head of Business Analysis leads a global team, structured into three sub teams managed by lead Business Analysts. As a member of the product leadership team, the Head of Business Analysis represents the Business Analysts in steering committees, resource allocation forums, and other strategic decision-making bodies. The role is accountable for embedding best practices, driving innovation in analysis approaches, and ensuring the team’s outputs support the successful delivery of product and process initiatives. Some key responsibilities: Lead, develop and steer the Business Analysis team. Provide hands-on leadership and guidance, remaining close to the day-to-day operations, ensure business readiness for new products or features. Drive adoption of best practices and continuous improvement in analysis approaches Manage and develop lead Business Analysts and their sub teams Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships (Product, Technology, Operations, etc.) What will you bring to the role? Beyond team management, this role is deeply engaged in stakeholder management, working closely with senior leaders across Product, Technology, Operations, and other business functions. The Head of Business Analysis is expected to foster collaboration across departments to ensure business analysis priorities are aligned with organisational goals. The Head of Business Analysis leads by example, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on involvement, and is committed to both the performance and development of the team and the success of the organisation as a whole. The role requires building a deep understanding of the business, remaining close to operational realities, and proactively addressing challenges as they arise. The successful candidate will be able to clearly evidence their experience of leading high-performing, motivated teams, achievement of team and individual objectives, along with showcasing positive feedback from lead BA’s, team members, successful succession planning and talent development. Other key skills required for the role include: Demonstrable alignment of BA deliverables with product and organisational strategy. Visionary and hands-on leadership of a global team of Business Analysts, including lead BAs and their sub teams. Brings substantial experience in technology-related business analysis and process engineering, ideally within fintech or global organisations. Exhibits outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to and influence senior management and diverse stakeholder groups. Proven influencing, persuading, and stakeholder management skills, adept at building consensus across functions. Experience working in agile environments, with active participation in scrum teams and a strong understanding of agile principles and ceremonies. Proficiency with modern business analysis and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Visio, or similar platforms) is a preferred skillset.
