The Butchers Recruiter are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to manage staff bookings at a busy contract in Coventry. You'll work from Friday to Monday, including being on-call to respond to urgent cover needs.
Along with a salary of up to £17.00 per hour (depending on experience), you will also receive:

What you’ll be doing as Recruitment Coordinator:
You will handle shift bookings, manage a pool of temporary staff, respond to last-minute requests, and make sure the site always has the staff it needs.
Responsibilities:
Fulfilling orders for staffing
Talent acquisition and management
Updating and confirming bookings with workers and managers
Working closely with site teams to understand staffing needs
Keep records up to date – timesheets, shift lists, etc.
We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator with:
Experience with staffing, scheduling or recruitment
Calm under pressure – able to manage last-minute changes
Good with people – workers, managers, agencies
Confident using spreadsheets, phones and booking tools
Working hours:
You will be working 34 hours per week, starting from 12pm Friday, to 12pm Monday.
Some on-call work is required to respond to urgent cover needs.
