Deal with all accommodation enquiries, convert enquiries into bookings, input all bookings into the system, and confirm, amend, or cancel reservations as required. Assist the Reservations Manager UK, in maximising room sales at the highest possible average rate. Support with general guest enquiries and resolve any challenges as appropriately and professionally as possible.
