Finance Manager – Events Company Introduction CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join an exciting, fast-growing events business based near Covent Garden, London. This is a hybrid role offering a salary of £65,000 plus an excellent benefits package. Operating for several years, they bring together thousands of attendees annually and work closely with innovative partners across their sector. Duties & Responsibilities Lead day-to-day finance operations, including month and year-end processes Prepare management accounts, budgets and rolling forecasts with clear analysis Oversee cashflow management, invoicing and supplier payments Partner with event, sales and operations teams to manage budgets and costs Improve financial processes, systems and reporting for scalability What Experience is Required Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with post-qualification experience Background in events, startups, scale-ups or fast-paced commercial environments Strong Excel skills and experience with cloud-based accounting software Salary & Benefits Salary: £65,000 per annum 25 days annual leave plus additional discretionary leave Private healthcare and wellbeing support Flexible hybrid working and remote working options Learning and development allowances Location This role is based near Covent Garden and is easily commutable from areas such as Camden, Islington, Greenwich, Clapham, Richmond, Stratford and Canary Wharf.
