About the Role
The Curriculum and Assurance Manager role is a supporting role to assist managers and regional managers across two regions. This role reports onto the Quality and Audit Director and has a dotted line to the Regional Directors/Managers. Responsibilities include ensuring quality of practice and inclusion provisions comply with Ofsted/national standards, internal audits, reporting, and supporting settings with SEND.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and ensure quality of practice and inclusion provisions comply or exceed Ofsted/national standards.
* Detail clear practices and areas of provision that are working well, produce reports with action plans for improvements.
* Report to the Quality and Audit Manager and work with operational leadership to proactively identify actions and manage audit expectations to achieve full compliance.
* Conduct internal audits within each setting, producing operation reports to ascertain quality performance.
* Produce an annual report on inspections, monitor progress, and agree annual actions with the regional manager.
* Support checking of developmental documents and ensure they are thorough and current.
* Support with signposting and resourcing for colleagues.
* Complete regular reviews to ensure children’s needs are met and inclusion is supported.
* Coach colleagues and deputise in the role.

* Experience at Manager level or within the care industry
* Experience working for a governing body such as Early Years or Ofsted
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF) and house‑built databases
* Driving licence
* Key skills at Level 3 or equivalent
* Degree in Early Years, Leadership and Management
