NEW PROJECT ENGINEER FTC IN WHITSTABLE. A leading manufacturer of a range of complex electronic applications for the military and aerospace industries. Our client is looking for a proactive Project Engineer on a FTC for 12 months to join a growing and forward-thinking maintenance team. This is a hands-on, site-based role suited to someone with proven experience delivering projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment, covering asset acquisition, commissioning, systems implementation, and facilities improvements. Responsibilities as an Project Engineer in Whitstable. Deliver projects end to end, from initial scope and planning through execution, commissioning, and handover. Develop and control project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and value for money. Produce and maintain project documentation, including User Requirement Specifications (URS), Gantt charts, and progress reports. Lead the acquisition, installation, and commissioning of new manufacturing and production assets. Oversee the implementation of software and hardware systems, ensuring effective integration with existing operations. Coordinate closely with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and safe delivery.
