This role is key to generating new instructions, progressing sales, and delivering a high level of service to clients. You will be working within a busy office, contributing to continued business success and maintaining a strong presence in the local market.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negotiator:
* Winning new business opportunities and securing property instructions
* Conducting market appraisals and listing residential properties
* Managing buyer enquiries and arranging property viewings
* Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
* Supporting branch performance and representing the business professionally

* Previous experience within residential property sales
* Proven track record of winning instructions and generating business
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
* Proactive approach to achieving objectives and identifying opportunities
* Full UK driving licence
* Knowledge of the High Wycombe property market would be advantageous
