Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Salary: £28,000 per annum, 22 days holiday

We’re seeking a dedicated Contracts Administrator to support our Contracts Manager and engineering team. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our contracts process runs smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee contracts administration for a portfolio of sites
* Handle incoming requests & callouts via phone/email
* Issue purchase orders & coordinate with subcontractors/suppliers
* Ensure health & safety documentation is current
* Schedule engineering staff weekly
* Prepare invoicing documentation & regular reports
* Input all works into our IBMS system
* Assist the Contracts Manager with admin tasks & report compilation

* Excellent communication, both verbal and written
* Ability to multi‑task and prioritise under pressure
* Comfortable working with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Proficiency with databases/system input
* Full training provided with ongoing support
