We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented In Room Dining Supervisor to join our Origin In Room Dining team team at the Royal Garden hotel.
The In Room Dining Supervisor is responsible for providing an efficient and courteous food and beverage service to guests under the general guidance of the Restaurant & In Room Dining Manager and IRD Manager within the limits of established Hotel policies and procedures

The In Room Dining Supervisors main responsibilities include:
Has a thorough understanding of the POS system and telephone system and displays good telephone manners.
Be able and confident in handling payments and be able to perform cash up as per internal SOP
Ensures correct reconciliation or balance of shift, and is responsible for all money, bills and officers checks.
Supervises the laying-up of the IRD trolley and tray, ensures that all equipment is available, clean and in perfect condition.
Be confident with the menu knowledge and its allergies, and with the wine list.
Be able to take order via phone in professional manner
Be aware at all the times about any known food and beverage preference or allergy of any returning guests.
