Our Client based in Southampton is looking for an experienced Occupational Health Specialist to join their team in a Head of Occupational Health Role on a Permanent basis within their friendly and supportive team.
The role is Permanent, Full time.
Site working in Southampton and working from home.
Salary up to £60K per annum.

The main duties include:
* Responsible for Operational Planning, Development and provision of high quality specialised Occupational Health Service.
* Work autonomously and exercise professional and individual responsibility for the systematic governance of occupational health practice.
* Provide Clinical support to other less experienced team members.
* Strong analytical and judgemental skills.
* Strong communication and relationship skills.
Experience / skills required:
* 2 years experience in a leadership position.
