Business Development Manager - Timber Frame
At Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our sales team covering North-England, focusing on our timber frame product ranges. The role involves working with a customer base of national and regional house builders, developers, and contractors.
Location: Candidates should be based around the Northwest/Yorkshire regions, as most customers are located there. Extensive travel is required, so a valid UK driving license is essential.
What We're Looking For
* A strong focus on customer experience from start to finish
* Experience and knowledge of timber frame
* Proactivity and enthusiasm for face-to-face customer meetings
* Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels
* Results-oriented with the ability to work independently
Responsibilities
* Self-generate sales opportunities within our self-build customer base
* Visit customers both at their offices and on-site
* Attend networking events across the region
* Collaborate closely with estimating, design, procurement, and operations teams
