We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our growing team, supporting recruitment across the fast-paced FMCG sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume, commercially focused environment and enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment across FMCG roles, including sales, supply chain, operations, marketing, and head office functions
* Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies
* Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and direct search
* Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best cultural and skills fit
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
* Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
* Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
About You
* Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or Recruiter, ideally within FMCG or a fast-moving commercial environment
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Confident sourcing and headhunting ability
* Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced setting
* Commercial mindset with a proactive and solution-focused approach
