Full time, permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday (5) days.

Napthens Group is a leading provider of legal services in the Northwest, with a strong reputation in corporate, commercial, and private client services.
Working closely with the Content Creation Manager, you will craft engaging, compelling, accurate, and timely content. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop content across various channels including the website, social media, and internal communications. Additionally, you will assist in gathering client testimonials, writing awards submissions, and coordinating client bids/proposals.
You should be an accomplished copywriter, highly organized, with excellent project management and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
You will be comfortable developing, editing, and proofreading documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
You will support the Content Manager in creating relevant, on-brand content for internal and external communications as needed.
You will develop and maintain a library of standard content, templates, and best practices, including awards, accreditations, and other relevant information.
A bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in a relevant field is likely required.
Legal sector experience is not essential but beneficial. Experience in professional services or similar industries would be advantageous.
A marketing mindset and copywriting flair are important to us.

Location and hybrid working: You should be comfortable working in an office and meeting colleagues across our offices in Merseyside (Liverpool and Southport) and Lancashire (Preston, Lytham, Blackburn). This is a hybrid role, not remote. We value time spent with colleagues. If you live near Preston, you can work from our head office and spend a day or two in Liverpool. If closer to Liverpool, you can work from the plaza building and meet the team in Preston once a week. Both offices are centrally located within walking distance of train and bus stations.
