What You’ll Do
Provide practical support and companionship, including:
1. Companionship and emotional reassurance
2. Personal care and daily routines
3. Medication prompts/support (where required)
4. Mobility support and safe assistance
5. Meal preparation and light household tasks
You’ll bring reassurance and continuity at an important part of the day for clients.
Qualifications
No Experience Needed — Full Training Provided
We welcome people new to care as well as experienced carers. You will receive:
6. Structured induction and shadowing
7. Paid mandatory training
8. Ongoing coaching and supervision
9. Option to undertake accredited Dementia Care training
10. Option to undertake accredited End of Life Care training
11. Financial support towards Health & Social Care qualifications

13. £12.60 – £13.60 per hour (higher rates with completed NVQ levels)
