As a Children’s Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. You will work closely with families, carers and other professionals to assess needs, develop care plans and provide ongoing support. Our services will always be joined up; you will develop robust partnerships with other teams and outside agencies, including the police, health, schools and voluntary organisations.

This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham, so you must reside within a suitable commutable distance around Birmingham and have the correct right‑to‑work documents to work in the UK. We do not support those who require sponsorship.
About you
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals who are committed to making a difference.
Ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in Social Work and you must have completed your ASYE.
* Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
* Experience working with children and families in a social work setting.
* Strong assessment and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

* Salary plus an incentive payment of £1,000.
* Retention payment of up to £5,000 per annum, subject to tax and NI deductions – T& C's apply.
